VISA TO FRENCH POLYNESIA

French Polynesia Visa Requirements

• Passport valid for 6 months.
• Two (2) passport size photos.
• Itinerary. Copy of complete round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary showing exact dates of travel to French Polynesia (note that if you will be visiting more than one Schengen country, you must provide evidence of travel to each country that will be visited.
• Health Insurance. Proof of travel/health/accident insurance, valid until 15 days after the last date of stay in the Schengen zone (minimum of medical coverage EURO 30,000).
• Bank Statement. Copy of a recent bank statement showing proof of sufficient funds.
• Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations.
• Personal Invitation. If visiting friends or family, you must provide letter of invitation with the contact information of the host and visitor, purpose and duration of the visit, confirmation of accommodation including the address, signature and date. You will also need to provide proof of the host's status in French Polynesia ie. copy of their French Polynesia passport's information page, or, if they are not a citizen of French Polynesia, copies of their French Polynesia residence permit and their national passport's information pages.
• Persons WITH DUAL citizenship, ONE of which IS Canadian, must apply WITH their Canadian passports only. Applicants WITH other THAN Canadian passports must provide the copy of the document confirming their current resident STATUS IN Canada (PR Card, Landed Document, WORK Permit)

For Business Visa

• Business Letter. Copy of invitation letter from company to be visited in French Polynesia.
